Contestants from St. Louis SHS have finally shared their perspective on their elimination from the National Science & Maths Quiz competition.
They acknowledged feeling nervous when pitted against Adisadel College, expressing concerns about a potential exit from the competition.
Viewers who watched the video praised the St. Louis contestants for their overall performance in the competition.
Philipa Afriyie Ennuson, the spokesperson for the team, openly admitted that facing Adisadel College, last year’s losing finalists, was a source of anxiety for her and the other contestants during the one-eighth stage.

She mentioned their awareness of Adisadel College’s excellence in the competition, which contributed to their apprehension.
Philippa further explained that their anxiety was amplified by the knowledge that the outcome of the contest would determine the seeding for next year’s competition.
Ultimately, St. Louis SHS secured the top position with 53 points, followed by Abukwa State College in second place with 23 points, and Adisadel College in third place with 19 points
